To make matters even more suspicious, the reality star was spotted with what looked like an engagement ring in a picture she posted her Instagram on Sunday, September 6.
Some
of our readers believe Kylie is way too young and not so matured to get
married. They also suggested that Tyga could be marrying her only to
get fame since his music career seem to be taking a south movement.
Kelechi IheanachoNigeria youth international hands 3 points to Manchester City
Kelechi Iheanacho was the hero for Manchester City, grabbing a late winner away at Crystal Palace
playNigeria youth international Kelechi Iheanacho was the saviour for Manchester City, scoring a late goal against resilient Crystal Palace to hand all the three points to the Citizens. Manuel Pellegrini's
men were looking to make it another win to maintain their 100% start to
the season but met a very resilient Crystal Palace on the back of their
victory over Chelsea at Stanford Bridge. Raheem Sterling was missing with a slight hamstring injury while new signing Kevin De Bruyne started from the bench.
Palace keeper Alex McCarthy was the first to make a save in the game, denying Samir Nasri, who was set-up by Yaya Toure's inch-perfect lofted free-kick. Yannick Bolasie missed two decent chances early in the game early opportunities, before City were dealt a big blow.
A challenge from Palace defender, Scott Dann in the 17th minute left Sergio Aguero with an injury which forced him out of the game.

The striker was replaced by De Bruyne who got a talking down from Pellegrinni for wasting time before getting ready to play.
Pellegrini also had a touchline row with Palace manager Alan Pardew.
Pardew overstepped into Pellegrini's technical area to protest a Yaya Toure's rash challenge on James McArthur and the Chilean lost control grabbing his counterpart before a touchline a row ensued.
Both managers were separated by fourth official Roger East but the pair eventually shook hands to end their feud.
Goalless it end at half time.
De Bruyne set up Jesus Navas in the second half but the Spain international could not tap into an empty net after rounding the goalleeper. Joe Hart was alert to save a Jason Puncheon header in the 70th minute as the game looked like it was heading for a draw.
Iheanacho however grabbed three points for City by scoring a late minute goal.
The 18-year-old was more alert to pounce on a rebound to score the winning goal.
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi asked Oil Minister Sherif Ismail to form a new cabinet, the presidency said on Saturday.
Prime Minister Ibrahim Mehleb
submitted the cabinet's resignation earlier on Saturday. Sisi asked the
government to carry on in a caretaker role until a new administration
is formed in the most populous Arab country.
The announcement comes almost one week after the authorities arrested Egypt's agriculture minister over corruption allegations.
Egypt
is battling an insurgency headed by an affiliate of Islamic State while
trying to attract more foreign investment in an economy reeling from
years of turmoil that followed an uprising that toppled autocrat Hosni Mubarak in 2011.
Ismail
will likely be appointed the new prime minister, replacing Ibrahim
Mehleb. An engineer who held senior posts at several state-run energy
firms, Ismail is seen as one of the best performing ministers.
As
oil minister, he oversaw politically sensitive reforms, slashing energy
subsidies, and also paid back some arrears to foreign energy companies
to improve Egypt's image among investors.
Sisi has asked the previous government to carry on in a caretaker role until a new administration is formed, the statement said.
Egypt,
the Arab world's most populous country, is due to hold long-delayed
parliamentary elections next month, the final step in a process the
government has said would deliver democracy.
In his former role as army chief, Sisi toppled Egypt's first freely-elected president, Islamist Mohamed Mursi,
in 2013 after mass protests against his rule. Sisi was later elected
president on promises of political stability and economic prosperity.
He
launched a security crackdown that put an end to large-scale political
unrest in Egypt but has drawn criticism from human rights groups who
accuse him of silencing the opposition.
Major Twitter investor says enough is enough. Hire a new CEO!
Twitter's biggest investor has unleashed another tweetnado on the company.
On Friday, Chris Sacca fired off the latest in a series of tweets criticizing the social network's board for dragging its feet as the company nears three months without a permanent CEO.
In
the barrage of tweets, the venture capitalist again threw his weight
behind co-founder Jack Dorsey, who has run the San Francisco company on
an interim basis since Dick Costolo resigned earlier this year amid
struggling growth.
"They
are running a 'process' yet there is only one person fit to run this
company: @Jack," Sacca tweeted, using Dorsey's Twitter handle. "Enough
is enough."
Twitter didn't respond to a phone call and email seeking comment.
Sacca's
comments come as pressure mounts on Twitter's board amid weakening
financial performance and stalled user growth. Last year, a vocal group
of investors publicly criticized Twitter executives for not finding new
ways to attract users and make money from their traffic. The company has
also lost high-ranking employees in the wake of the management shuffle,
which started in June.
Friday's tweetstorm isn't the
first time Sacca, who was Twitter's largest shareholder at the time of
its initial public offering in 2013, has used the medium to make his
opinion clear. Sacca endorsed Dorsey in a series of tweets on August 7.
In May, Sacca wrote an 8,500-word open letter to Twitter urging it to make the product easier to use. He posted it on his blog.
The
management turmoil has taken its toll on the social network's stock
price, which has hovered near $26 -- its 2013 IPO price -- since
mid-August. The stock hit a high of more than $70 in December 2013. It
dropped below $60 in February 2014 and hasn't been as high since.
On Friday, Twitter's stock fell to more than 1 percent closing at $27.39.
In his barrage, Sacca blamed Twitter's falling stock price on the board's inaction.
Sacca
said Wall Street expects the company to name Dorsey as CEO, a position
he held when the company was founded in 2006. Dorsey, who is also CEO of
mobile payments company Square, is the "heart and soul of Twitter,"
Sacca said.
Sacca dismissed concerns that Dorsey had too many responsibilities at Square to run Twitter.
"The
market knows that (Dorsey) has such strong teams at both (Square) and
(Twitter) that he can run both companies," he said. "This is settled."
"This is totally within the realm of what the current system on
autopilot could do. This is not time for autopilot. This is time to
really ramp things up," said Nezer.
President Barack Obama has directed his administration to prepare to take in at least 10,000 Syrian refugees over the next year, the White House said on Thursday.
It is the first specific commitment the United States has made toward increasing its acceptance of refugees from the war-torn country.
Since
the start of the Syrian civil war in 2011, the United States has taken
in 1,500 refugees, with 300 more expected to be cleared by October.
But
refugee advocates and some members of Congress said taking in an
additional 10,000 refugees did not go far enough toward addressing the
humanitarian crisis triggered by the war, which has prompted a massive
refugee influx into Europe.
In a letter distributed to House members and seen by Reuters, Democratic Representative David Cicilline asked Obama to accommodate 65,000 Syrian refugees by the end of 2016. Religious groups have called for the United States to accept 100,000 Syrian refugees.
European
countries have taken in waves of migrants fleeing violence. Germany
allowed 20,000 migrants into the country over the weekend and is
preparing for 800,000 this year.
Melanie Nezer,
vice president of HIAS, a global refugee advocacy group, said that for
the United States to allow 10,000 more refugees from Syria was not an
adequate response to the crisis.
"This is
totally within the realm of what the current system on autopilot could
do. This is not time for autopilot. This is time to really ramp things
up," said Nezer.
The United States is
conducting air strikes in Syria as part of its effort to fight against
Islamic State. It currently admits a total of 70,000 refugees from
around the world annually, and is due to increase that total by 5,000
for the fiscal year starting in October.
White House spokesman Josh Earnest would not say whether the 10,000 Syrians would be a part of or in addition to that total.
SECURITY CONCERNS
Earnest
said national security was a top concern for admitting Syrians, a
country rife with anti-American militants, noting that intensive
security screening for refugees could take up to 18 months.
"I
do feel confident in telling you that the president will not sign off
on a process that cuts corners when it comes to the basic safety and
security of the American people and the U.S. homeland," Earnest told reporters.
The additional background checks and processing will require a "significant financial commitment" from Congress, Earnest said.
Secretary
of State John Kerry met with the Senate Judiciary Committee on
Wednesday, a requirement before the administration can change the number
of refugees allowed. Committee Chair Chuck Grassley said he welcomed the additional 10,000 but that Kerry was not clear about whether additional refugees would be allowed later.
"Secretary
Kerry initially said that the Obama administration is seeking a
reasonable increase in refugees allowed into the United States in the
upcoming fiscal year. But when pressed, the administration indicated
that they were considering opening the floodgates and using emergency
authority to go above what they proposed to Congress in today's
consultation," the Republican lawmaker said in a statement.
Congress
cannot block the administration from setting limits on the number of
refugees it admits from each region. But it can block funding needed for
staffing agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security and the
Department of Health and Human Services that handle the screening and
resettlement procedures.
Goals from Dailey Blind, Harera and Martial gave United the much needed three points.
Benteke pulled one back for Liverpool at the 84th minute.
It was a beautiful debut for the £35m teenager, Martial, who got a goal on his first cap for Manchester United.
It ended Man’U 3-1 Liverpool.
82 people have been killed in two nearly simultaneous explosions in a crowded restaurant in central India.
According to a report by AP, Police Inspector, Mewa Lal Gond says a cooking gas cylinder exploded in the restaurant on Saturday and triggered a second blast of detonators stored nearby.
The inspector further divulged that 82 bodies were retrieved from the site of the explosion.
Police further disclosed that around 35 other people were hospitalized with injuries.
Gond
says the restaurant, located in Petlawad town in Madhya Pradesh state,
was full of people having breakfast when the blasts occurred.
Before bodies of the victims were handed over to their families, Arun Sharma,
a state health official, says doctors at a government hospital in the
nearby district town of Jhabua conducted autopsies of 60 victims.

Buhari applauds armed forces resolve to speedily end insurgency, warns that Human rights violation will be punished
Press statement from the presidency
President Muhammadu Buhari Saturday in Kaduna reaffirmed his administration’s total commitment to the rule of law and warned that proven acts of human rights violation by the Armed Forces will be punished under his leadership. Addressing officers, troops and newly commissioned cadets at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), President Buhari reminded them that the rule of law applied to the Armed Forces as much as any other institution in the country.
“I wish to remind you of the Federal Government’s commitment to overhaul the rules of engagement and improve operational and legal mechanisms so that disciplinary steps are taken against proven human rights violations by the armed forces. We are committed to a thorough investigation of recent and any future occurrences of human rights violations by elements of our Armed Forces. While I applaud the integrity and sterling record of the Armed Forces as an institution, this administration will insist on the rule of law, and deal with any proven cases of deviation from laws of armed conflict, including human rights abuses. In operational conduct Nigerians expect our Armed Forces to keep law and order, and not to behave like bullies. Let me reiterate this administration’s commitment to due process, merit and total observance of the rule of law as central pillars of a prosperous and democratic society. Rule of law as an element of good governance applies to the Armed Forces as much as any institution in our country. It is therefore gratifying that all three Services have recently taken steps to emphasize strict adherence to rules in recruitment, promotions, procurement, project executions and civil-military relations,” the President said at the passing out of Officer Cadets of the NDA’s 62 Regular Course and Short Service Course 43.
Observing that security remains the most important challenge in his Administration’s “Change” Programme, President Buhari said that the nation expects exemplary conduct and professionalism from officers and men of its Armed Forces at all times and in all situations.
“The objectives our fight against terrorism cannot be realized without a credible and effective military. You must avoid any behavior that will tarnish your honour and dignity as commissioned officers. Your commitment and loyalty to the Armed Forces and the nation must be total. I urge you to take your roles in the on-going process of rebuilding our Armed Forces very seriously,” President Buhari told the newly-commissioned officers.
Declaring that the Federal Government was pleased with the Armed Forces’ resolve to end the insurgency facing the country once and for all, President Buhari assured them of his Administration’s determination to ensure the speedy provision of platforms and equipment they require to win the war against terrorism and meet their long term needs.

Oshiomhole has forgotten so soon by Reno Omokri
Article written by former presidential aide, Reno Omokri. Read below...
On July 17, 2012, a recently re-elected Governor Adams Oshiomhole visited Aso Rock Presidential Villa and on his way out he had a chat with State House Correspondents and said as follows “what the Edo election has confirmed is that when the President and Commander-in-Chief puts the country first and conducts himself as a statesman, not just as a party leader, credible elections are possible, because people were apprehensive that the Nigerian Army could be misused. But of course, I told them I didn’t think they were right, but the President’s clear directive was that the votes must count."
The former labour leader continued in his praise of then President Jonathan saying "We need to appreciate the President and encourage him to sustain this principle of truly reminding all of us, who hold political office, that we are at the mercy of the electorate, not of the Presidency. I think the President has done that. The President has demonstrated statesmanship. I think there is hope for Nigeria”.
Going by the statement he made above, many Nigerians were shocked to read his recent statement on August 23rd, 2015 where he said inter alia "if the Igbos were marginalized, it was President Jonathan and the PDP. If Nigerians know what these people did, they will stone them to death – jungle justice."
How is it possible that three years ago, Governor Oshiomhole saw President Jonathan as a well behaved statesman who rose above partisanship to put the nation first and then make a 180 degree turn to attack the same person and suggest that he be stoned by the public?
Anyone who knows Former President Goodluck Jonathan knows that the first description of him by Governor Oshiomhole is correct.
Former President Goodluck Jonathan is a man who does not lust for power and refused to reach out to grasp power even when it was within his reach in 2010 during the saga occasioned by the tragic illness of his boss, President Umaru Musa Yar'adua.
Jonathan demonstrated loyalty, patience and complete submission to the will of God and God elevated him.
When Dr. Jonathan lost the March 2015 Presidential election, he did not wait for the Independent National Electoral Commission to finish declaring results before calling then candidate Muhamnadu Buhari to concede.
As a result, for the first time in her history, Nigeria does not have any judicial challenge against the winner of a Presidential election.
President Jonathan is a man of honour who does not deserve the treatment being meted out to him by Governor Adams Oshiomhole.
The Comrade Governor should come to an awareness that his party, the All Progressive Congress, is now in power. They are no more in opposition.
The Jonathan administration remains the only administration in Nigeria's history that promoted freedom of Speech by signing the Freedom of Information Bill into law so Nigerians could have access to any information they so desire.
Versions of the Freedom of Information Law are also in force in Western nations including the US.
Only on August 21st, 2015, an investigation by Leadership Newspapers (whose publisher is an APC chieftain and former Presidential Aspirant on the platform of the party) revealed that no US official ever told Governor Adams Oshiomhole or any other person that one minister stole $6 Billion under President Jonathan's watch and challenged the Comrade Governor to name the US official that said so and the minister involved.
Nigerians may read that investigative report here http://leadership.ng/news/world/455409/us-frowns-at-oshiomhole-over-comments-on-6bn-theft
Governor Oshiomhole may want to take advantage of the FOI law by ensuring that his aides use it to verify any allegation he may have before he going public with it.
For example, he could have accessed freely available information from the Bureau of Public Procurement, BPP, as to the total cost of the 2nd Niger Bridge and he would have established that the entire cost of the bridge was ₦108 billion. How is it then possible to pay a consultancy fee of ₦140 billion for a project of ₦108 billion as the comrade Governor alleged?
When the comrade Governor said that the Agricultural Transformation of the Jonathan administration was a hoax, did he know that the International Food Policy Research Institute, IFPRI, revealed in their annual Global Hunger Index that hunger in Nigeria reduced while Jonathan was President?
This fact was carried by no less a medium than Premium Times and most Nigerians would know that Premium Times would not publish anything good about the Jonathan administration if it was not true.
That report could be read here http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/146634-hunger-level-falls-nigeria-remains-alarming-africa-global-report.html.
Governor Oshiomhole should note that four years is not such a long time. Every time spent in distracting President Buhari from the task of governance by attacking ex-President Jonathan is borrowed from time that should have been spent in helping the new administration succeed.
You do not try to please a man who may be kind to you by demonizing a man who has been kind to you. When you do that, you are sending two messages.
First, you are telling the man who has already been kind to you that he was foolish for being kind to you. Secondly you are communicating to the man who may be kind to you that he will be foolish if he goes on to extend kindness to you.
I pray that my Christian advise does not meet with the bombastic response that previous attempts at engaging the Comrade Governor have received. I mean no harm as I only want to draw the attention of Governor Oshiomhole to the fact that no condition is permanent on earth.
This man obviously doesn't value human life. And the world can't stop him? According to new reports, the North Korean leader ordered the execution of top-ranking military officials over their failure to give soldiers more
food.
Kim Jong-un is reported to have ordered the killing of his vice armed forces minister, So Hong-chan, and a few
others close to him for not following his orders.
This is
coming weeks after he reportedly ordered the execution of his chief of
defense, Hyon Yong-chol, for falling asleep during a meeting and not
obeying his orders.
Nigerians petition Yale Univeristy to withdraw Honorary degree from Okonjo-Iweala
A Nigerian, Sunday Iwalaiye has started a petition on change.org calling
on authorities of Yale University to withdraw the Honorary Degree it
bestowed on Minister of Finance and Coordinator of the Economy, Dr Ngozi
Okonjo-Iweala on May 15th.
Sunday, in his petition stated that Dr Okonjo-Iweala is not deserving of
the honorary degree as the Nigerian economy has taken a nose dive since
she assumed office as Minister of Finance. A thousand Nigerians have so
far signed the petition.
His petition below
"YALE UNIVERSITY GAVE ITS PRESTIGIOUS HONORARY DOCTORATE DEGREE TO AN
UNDESERVING NIGERIAN":Ngozi Iweala, the outgoing Nigeria's finance
minister was awarded a honorary doctorate degree by Yale University on
May 15, 2015.
The citation from the Yale University reads:"Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Doctor
of Humane Letters. You are a citizen of your country, your continent,
and the world. Shaped by challenging experiences during your childhood
in Nigeria, you have made social and economic reform your mission. As
Nigeria’s coordinating minister of economic development and minister of
finance, you have tackled corruption, created a vision and path to
long-term economic stability, and worked to build a culture of
transparency. At the World Bank, you made food security a priority and
provided policy advice and capital for the world’s poorest countries.
With wisdom, a fierce dedication to doing what is right, and unflagging
energy, you have transformed the economic landscape of your nation. We
are proud to name you Doctor of Humane Letter"
This citation from the Yale University does not reflect nor represent
everything that has happened under the watch and the supervision of the
Nigerian economy by Ngozi Iweala as the nation's finance minister. There
is no tangible evidence of any economic development in Nigeria under
the leadership of Ngozi Iweala in all reality. Nigeria's economy is
still an oil-dependent economy that is debt and borrowing ridden as well
as 100% consuming and importing in nature.
Nigeria's debt profile
has risen rapidly under Ngozi Iweala and Nigeria has borrowed over $2
billion in the last four months alone to pay salaries of the federal and
state civil servants.
Our foreign reserves and excess crude oil accounts have both depleted
heavily under Ngozi Iweala. The recurrent expenditures in the federal
budgets reached the highest levels which made capital development
practically impossible in Nigeria under Ngozi Iweala.
The board of regents of this ivy league school missed it completely by
awarding their prestigious honorary doctorate degree to an undeserving
Nigerian in all truth, honesty and reality. The Nigeria's economy has
remained the same under Ngozi Iweala without any evidence of its
diversity from oil.
The Nigerian Naira crashed to its lowest value in its history under
Ngozi Iweala. The true picture that Yale University missed is the fact
that the economy of Nigeria has almost grounded to its final halt today
which will makes its a daunting task for the incoming administration of
General Muhammadu Buhari to meet its campaign promises.
The menace of official corruption and financial scandals have both
reached their peaks in Nigeria under Ngozi Iweala. A central bank
governor was fired for disclosing that $20 billion was missing from the
federal coffers and this allegation was investigated in a shady and
questionable manner. The oil subsidy scam that cheated Nigeria's tax
payers of trillions of Naira was coordinated and supervised by Ngozi
Iweala.

Primary School girl hacked to death, another escapes
A female pupil of the Fagge Special Primary School, Kano, has been
hacked to death by unidentified assailants and dumped in the school pit
toilet.
It was gathered that the remains of the pupil, who had yet to be identified, was discovered at about 1pm on Wednesday.
Sources at the school told Punch that the assailants had scaled the school fence to commit the “atrocity”.
It was gathered that the two pupils were abducted during school
activities, hacked and dumped in a pit toilet in the school. The female
pupil died, while the male pupil reportedly survived the attack.
The night guard at the school said, “About 1 pm, some hoodlums jumped
over the school fence and abducted two pupils ─ a male and a female ─
who were dragged into the toilet and subsequently stabbed in the head.
The female pupil died, but the male pupil survived the attack.”
The Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Musa Majiya, confirmed the incident.
He said immediately the police were alerted to the incident by the school authorities, they responded promptly.
He said, “On arrival, the police team met the victims in a pool of
blood. The policemen rushed them to a hospital, where the female pupil
was confirmed dead. The male pupil is receiving treatment.”
Following his disturbing and emotional Facebook posts where he revealed a
lot of family drama, footballer Emmanuel Adebayor has been granted
compassionate leave by his football club, Tottenham Hotspur, for a
second time this season to return to Togo to sort out all his family
issues.
Spurs head coach Mauricio Pochettino excused Adebayor from training this
week and the final game of the season against Everton on Sunday May
24th. He will also not travel with his team on the post-season tour to
Malaysia and Sydney.
This guy is about to end his football career because there are now
reports that Tottenham wants to sell him during the summer. Though the
club is claiming they want to give him time to return home, sort out his
issues, clear his head and return in the correct frame of mind either
at 'Tottenham or with another club'
One of the most beautiful moment is the school time>>>grab it and love it then never let it go inexperienced
